1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, purchasing a package, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

DigiSkillRise provides digital skills training, affiliate marketing education, digital products, and related resources through paid packages. Access to courses, products, and affiliate opportunities is granted based on the package purchased.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent/guardian where permitted by law
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law

4. Account Registration & Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@digiskillrise.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• Access to purchased courses and digital products is typically granted instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
• You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees for your selected package.

6. Affiliate Program Disclaimer

Participation in the DigiSkillRise affiliate program is subject to the following:

• Commissions are earned only on qualifying sales made through your unique affiliate link, as tracked by our systems.
• DigiSkillRise does not guarantee any specific level of income, sales volume, or commission amount. Results depend on individual effort, marketing skill, audience, and market conditions.
• We reserve the right to modify commission structures, eligible products, and payout terms with reasonable notice.
• Fraudulent activity, including self-referrals, fake traffic, or misleading promotional claims, may result in forfeiture of commissions and account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, digital products, templates, branding, graphics, and materials provided through the Platform are the intellectual property of DigiSkillRise or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your personal learning and promotional purposes as intended by your package.

You may not:

• Reproduce, resell, redistribute, or share course content or digital products without authorization
• Claim ownership or authorship of DigiSkillRise materials
• Use our branding or materials in a misleading or unauthorized manner

8. User Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or other users' accounts
• Share your account access with unauthorized individuals
• Engage in spam, misleading advertising, or deceptive practices while promoting affiliate products
• Upload or transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious content

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform. You may also discontinue use of the Platform at any time; however, this does not automatically entitle you to a refund (see our Refund Policy).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiSkillRise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or business opportunities. The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DigiSkillRise, its team, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting support@digiskillrise.com. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert City], India.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
